Gin Gin State School has multiple opportunities for students to participate in a variety of music programs. Some of these opportunities include woodwind, brass and string specialist lessons, along with choir and recorder groups.
All students participate in weekly music lessons which are focused on developing student’s music skills and understandings.
Strings, brass and woodwind lessons are conducted by specialist instrumental teachers on a weekly basis. Students also participate in annual music workshops with other cluster schools aimed at developing instrumental skills and fostering a love of music.
The choir frequently when opportunities arise such as the Bundaberg eisteddfod Choral Fest and CGEN.
